Avro Keyboard is a virtual keyboard that allows you to type using the Bengali alphabet through transliteration. Avro Keyboard supports other layouts for Bangla typing besides Phonetic. Avro Keyboard have a Bangla spell checker. Avro Keyboard was born in the 26th March, 2003 (The Independence Day of Bangladesh), bringing a new era in Bangla computing. Bangla Keyboard Avro Update Features
i) Phonetic engine won’t convert dot/decimal mark (.) to dari if the immediate next character is numeric (so composing 0.9 will be changed over to ০.৯ rather than ০।৯)
ii) Windows 8.1 Compatibility Added, currently works with Modern UI (formerly Metro) and Windows store apps
iii) Fixed a few situations where Avro might lose control over keyboard input
iv) Disabled Font-fixing throughout installation, apparently that was inflicting
the Firefox rendering issue
v) Added 4 new skins
vii) Full pack of updated fonts
viii) All executables are now digitally signed
ix) A shortcut key bug of Spellchecker has been fixed
