The manual is written for students in this line of fire for their MBBS degree. Common conditions seen on a day-to-day basis have been covered in a little more detail. uncommon and rare conditions have been briefly discussed. the mode of clinical presentation and physical signs are vividly mentioned to register in the mind of the reader. A brief mention is made of the necessary investigations in each of the surgical conditions. The accepted mode of recent advances in research and treatment has been included. This manual is intended for the MBBS final grade exam and not a consolidated textbook. Some chapters are included at the end of the book for the more enthusiastic students and for those interested in participating in testing programs.
