|Marketing Management 15th Edition by Kotler and Keller (Global Edition)|
The book provides obvious information as definitions to make the reader feel more complex. As an MBA student, I found that not much is useful in this book. The text does not teach you any techniques and methods to help with the generalities you are talking about, it only provides more general information. Here is a useful example: pg434. Why do products fail? Examples of responses: lack of time, shorter product life cycles, lack of organizational support, etc.
The font is too vague and too small, making it difficult to read. Photos are inferior. Page numbers and chapter number titles are found in the inner corners of the side pages of the spine, where they are almost impossible to read. It looks like they took your cut sheet version, scanned it (as a result of the resulting text) and printed and pasted it starting on the wrong page (resulting in a page number problem). Seriously, it’s really hard to read. They misspell the author’s name on the cover, if it is an indication of low quality. The spine is also broken, but Amazon is returning my order (thanks Amazon) so I can place a new order. However, I hope that even a perfectly good textbook has problems with printing. I am really disappointed that you should buy this textbook.
